Your free trial

Your 14-day free trial requires a payment card and starts when you complete Stripe Checkout. Each account receives one trial. After 14 days, we automatically charge your chosen plan: $12 USD per month or $72 USD per year, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Stripe Checkout shows the trial and your selected recurring price and billing interval before you confirm. Cancel through the billing portal available in your workspace; canceling during the trial prevents the first subscription charge.

Your subscription

Vector Pro costs $12 USD per month on the monthly plan or $72 USD per year, billed annually, on the annual plan. Annual billing saves 50% compared with twelve monthly payments ($144). Your selected plan renews automatically at its monthly or annual price until canceled. There is no setup fee. Your free trial automatically converts to your selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Any applicable tax is shown before you confirm payment. Your subscription begins when you complete Stripe Checkout. The first subscription payment is due at the end of your trial, unless you cancel. Returning subscribers who have already used a trial are charged when they resubscribe.

The plan includes professional and teaching resume editing, job-application records, PDF preparation, and supported assistant workflows, with 40 MB of saved workspace data. You connect a Cloudflare account during sign-in. Vector creates a dedicated Worker and database there for your application data, within Cloudflare’s free allowance; it never upgrades your Cloudflare plan or enables paid capacity. Cloudflare’s own terms and free-service limits also apply. Third-party AI subscriptions and services are separate. Storage and service capacity limits are shown in the workspace; the service does not promise unlimited storage, requests, or availability.

Cancel or request a refund

You can cancel in the billing portal at any time. During a free trial, cancel before its end to avoid the first charge. During a paid monthly or annual period, cancellation takes effect at the end of that period, and you keep access until then. After paid access ends, you can still read and export your saved work while your account and the service remain available.

If Vector is not right for you, request a refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days on either plan by emailing brian@cognatory.com from your account email. Later payments are generally not prorated, except where required by law or where we agree to a refund. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Your work belongs to you

You retain ownership of the information and resumes you provide. You give us permission to store and process that content to operate the service and carry out your instructions. Keep an exported backup of work you need to retain.

Applications and AI assistants

You are responsible for the accuracy of your qualifications, application answers, and instructions to connected assistants. Review content before submission. Compatible computer-use agents may help with employer websites, subject to their permissions and those websites' requirements. Vector does not guarantee interviews, employment, employer acceptance, or compatibility with every assistant or job site.

Responsible use

Use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the service, send spam, or bypass access controls. We may restrict abusive use or suspend an account when needed to protect the service. Billing and stored content are not controlled by values you change in a browser or chatbot.

Changes and service closure

Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they affect a renewal. You may cancel before the change takes effect. If we permanently close the service, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export saved work where practicable, and refund unused prepaid service as required by law.
