Make it easy to help
Include your account email, a short description of the issue, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or a private launch link.
Billing
You can update your payment method, download invoices, and cancel through the billing portal in your workspace. Refund requests for your first subscription payment are accepted within 14 days, on either plan.
Privacy and security
Use the same email for account deletion or privacy requests. For a suspected security issue, include the affected page and enough detail to reproduce it without accessing another person's data.
